Breathing exercises that actually change how you feel.
I spent 24 years as a paramedic, twelve of them on helicopter retrieval. Staying calm wasn't optional. The breath was the one thing I could always control.
Breathe Right is a guided breathing app built from that experience.
GUIDED BREATHING EXERCISES FOR REAL LIFE
Short breathwork sessions for the moments that matter. Breathing exercises for anxiety before a difficult conversation. Breathing for sleep when you're lying awake at 2am. Focus breathing when your concentration has gone at 3pm.
Most sessions take two to five minutes. No incense. No hour-long sits.
HOW THIS BREATHING APP WORKS
Open the app and tell it how you feel. Stressed, wired, heavy, foggy or steady. It takes you to the breathing exercises that suit. You breathe. Then you check in again and see the change.
That's the whole thing.

The science behind functional breathing
NASAL BREATHING AND YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM
Nasal breathing filters and warms the air, slows your breath, and produces nitric oxide, which opens the airways and improves oxygen delivery. Mouth breathing does none of this.
Slow nasal breathing with a long exhale activates the vagus nerve, lowers heart rate and reduces cortisol. This is functional breathing, grounded in the Buteyko and Oxygen Advantage methods.
If you wake with a dry mouth, snore, or sleep eight hours and still feel wrecked, you may be mouth breathing at night. The app includes nasal breathing retraining for sleep.
This isn't mindset talk. It's physiology.
