App is garbage. Many times I can only get a black screen and unable to log in, natix device uploads are not working, device is inactive more than active. Footage is cut into 1 minute segments, can’t be views in the app and the only way to see the video is to download it. There is no preview so you have no clue what to download. Now on the apps main screen I don’t see my points, nothing shows and can’t scroll anymore.

After the latest update, which I was emailed about, the app and device are working much more reliably. I have more than earned my investment back and I don’t really have to keep the app open for it to work.

People are talking so badly about it when I’ve gotten it to work pretty well I would say the one thing is my bonus credits I haven’t got yet but that’s all so far they have even been very helpful

I’m at “Roadmaster” whatever that means, but I have over 780 K Natix, whatever that means. I still can’t withdraw as everytime I attempt to move from VX360 to phantom, it fails. Now, my device has failed to record a single mile and says my last upload was July 21 of 0 GB. I drive for a living. At this point, I can’t even use a $400 device to record simple clips for security reasons. Don’t buy…
