Water Tracker by AquaTrack
Drink Reminder & Daily Goal
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad
Science-based hydration tracking, now on Apple Watch. Your personal daily goal, every drink counted by its real hydration value, smart reminders — all private.
Build the habit of drinking enough water — your personal goal in 30 seconds.
AquaTrack learns your body and reminds you at the right time, no nagging.
AquaTrack is a hydration tracker built on peer-reviewed science, not gamification. It calculates a personal daily fluid target from EFSA 2010 and IOM 2004 references, credits every drink by its Beverage Hydration Index (Maughan et al. AJCN 2016), and keeps all your data on your iPhone — no servers, no accounts.
WHAT MAKES AQUATRACK DIFFERENT
• Dual-ring dashboard — the outer ring shows BHI-credited hydration, the inner ring shows raw volume. A glass of water and a cup of coffee count differently — AquaTrack shows you both numbers, transparently.
• 40+ beverages, pre-calibrated — water, tea, coffee, juices, milk, sports drinks, broths, even wine and beer — each with a published BHI coefficient. Tap a drink, the ring updates with the right credit, not just the volume.
• Personal daily target — derived from your weight, sex, activity level, climate, and sleep window. Adjusts automatically when you log Apple Health exercise minutes.
• Two-way Apple Health sync — reads dietary water, caffeine, body mass, exercise time; writes your logs back to Apple Health alongside data from other sources.
• 8 widgets, Live Activity, Control Center — Dual Ring on the home screen, lock screen, in the Smart Stack. iOS 18 Control Center button for one-tap logging.
• Smart reminders (Premium) — quiet hours, wake/sleep windows, pacing that adapts to your day instead of pinging on a fixed schedule.
• Streak rescue (Premium) — miss yesterday, recover the streak. Up to 4 rescues per month.
• Daily insight — one fact about your last 24 hours: average gap between drinks, distribution by time, beverage variety.
• Multi-period HealthKit history import — pull in your last week, month, 3 months, or all-time hydration history from Apple Health when you install.
• CSV export (Premium) — every logged drink with timestamp, beverage, volume, BHI credit. Your data, your file.
PRIVACY BY DEFAULT
All data stored locally on your iPhone. No accounts, no servers, no analytics SDKs, no tracking. HealthKit data is on-device per Apple's policy. We don't even know you exist — and that's the point.
NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE
AquaTrack provides general hydration estimates based on population-level research. It is not a substitute for medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for individual guidance, especially if you have kidney disease, heart failure, diabetes, are pregnant, or are otherwise required to manage your fluid intake under medical supervision.
PREMIUM
A monthly, yearly, or one-time Lifetime subscription unlocks smart pacing, weekly trends, daily insights, custom quick-add, CSV export, Live Activity, and 4 monthly streak rescues. Free tier covers core tracking, fixed-interval reminders, basic widgets, and all 40+ beverages.
DEVICES
iPhone with iOS 17 or later. iOS 18 unlocks the Control Center button.

Ratings & Reviews
AquaTrack on your Apple Watch.
• A watch app, at last: your hydration ring on the wrist, plus one-tap logging of 100, 200, 300 or 500 ml. Part of Premium.
• Works offline. Logged a drink on the trail with your phone at home? It waits on the watch and lands in the app — and in Apple Health — the next time the two meet. No duplicates, and each drink keeps the day you actually drank it.
• The ring shows the same numbers as the phone: hydration credit outside, volume inside, today's goal as the target. Edit or delete a drink on the phone and the wrist updates too.
• All 13 languages from day one.
The subscription screen, rewritten.
• All three plans — yearly, monthly and Lifetime — are visible at once.
• The terms are spelled out in full: how long the free trial lasts, what is billed when it ends, that the subscription renews automatically until you cancel, and where to cancel it.
• The button and the terms change with the plan you pick. The monthly plan has no free trial, and the screen says so. Lifetime is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
• If you have already used your free trial, nothing on the screen promises you another one.
