How It Works
The process is straightforward - you can either join scheduled intention sessions or create your own. When creating a session, you'll share what you'd like to focus on, and others can join you at the specified time. During the session, participants focus their attention and intention together.
Community Guidelines
We keep things simple and respectful
• Submit intentions that are constructive and positive
• One submission every 12 hours to maintain quality
• All submissions are reviewed before being shared
• Keep content appropriate and considerate of others
