We’ve made a few updates to make the Y factor experience more relevant to donors and future parents. We’ve also made some adjustments to the Journey & Priorities experience, to make it easier to understand and use.

We've added three short interactive questions to onboarding, so Y factor can get to know you a little better from the start and tailor your experience to what matters most to you. We've also fixed a few issues: shared match space milestone tracking wasn't always saving correctly, some translations were missing in a few places, and donor referrals could show an error. Thanks for bearing with us while we worked through these.

We’re excited to introduce a shared match space for donors and future parents, giving each match a dedicated place to manage their journey together. This is the first step in bringing communication, progress, and key information into one shared space. We've also introduced a new 6-month subscription option, giving users more flexibility when choosing a plan.

We've updated our Terms of Service to provide more transparency around subscription refunds, including how consumption data may be shared with Apple and Google as part of their refund review processes. We have also introduced a new Health Data Privacy Policy and added consent forms related to the collection and sharing of health data. These updates help ensure greater transparency and support our ongoing commitment to privacy and compliance. Also, stability improvements and bug fixes were added.

We have also improved the experience around blocked users and deleted profiles. Finally, we are testing early interest and feedback for a new feature that we’re very excited to share with you soon.

You can now use the app in Italian. We’ve also improved stability and performance, along with bug fixes for a smoother experience.

We updated the block user functionality, and updated the deleted and inactive profile transparency, to improve the user experience for matches, and not waste your time.

We have added the option to add a discount code and save on your subscription.

You can now request ID verification from other users. This helps you be confident you’re speaking with a real person while their identity remains private. There have also been a few bug fixes and stability improvements.

You can now choose to use the app in German if you want. We have also improved the filters so that you choose if you would like to see users abroad or not, and made it mandatory for new donors to display how many biological children they have. The app has been updated to allow for video calls between users. We have also fixed two bugs, one regarding the profile completion percentage, and one in the chat function.

The translations in the app have been improved, and the app now automatically uses the language you’ve set as your device’s default. We’ve also enhanced stability and performance, including faster loading times and overall reliability. Chat sessions and profile completion flows have been improved, and minor bugs throughout the app have been fixed.
