El 17 de octubre de ese mismo año, el gobierno de la República aprobó los estatutos y reconoció la personalidad jurídica del Club. La Casa Club para entonces estaba completamente terminada, con un diseño típico de las casas de campo de la época. A la fecha aún se puede disfrutar del pequeño bar frente a la terraza, construido en aquel entonces. El campo por aquellos años casi no tenía árboles, era un terreno seco y barroso, el cual formaba grandes correntadas en época de invierno. Posteriormente se sembraron los árboles hasta lograr el bello bosque que encontramos hoy alrededor de cada uno de las Fairways.
