This app has paid for itself over and over again. It got me my first ever UGC deal, surprisingly with a pretty big brand (Lider Electric) and I’m currently working with them again on an almost 4 figure deal. I’ve also gotten tons of gifted collabs for large ticket items. Pet bands is my niche and currently working with a cat litter brand for the third time, initially got this collab on here. It’s truly been life-changing for me. I had the VA option to start with and I loved how it sent all the emails for me. I also love that it can tell you whether a brand works with creators or not. So much info is available about each brand that would otherwise take lots of digging on my part. I’ve since switched to pro and love that option too. You need to be more hands on with this plan so just beware. If you’re using the app right and doing the right steps (which they tell you everything you need to know) there’s no reason this app shouldn’t work for everyone. The app makes it easier to connect with brands and leverages AI to send out 20 emails or more depending on the plan you have. On top of this they also send out follow up emails if no response was received as part of the original email. I have used it for 3 months now and hope to continue to use it and get better at taking advantage of all that it offers.

I truly wish that there were more options to connect emails. I absolutely do not use google for my business inquiries or pitching, and I refuse to make a google email simply just for this app. I use outlook/hotmail. It has better features and storage capacities. I would like all on my business inquiries, pitches, and inbounds be set to one singular email. I would have to compromise for this app which is a bummer and is holding me up from truly diving in and utilizing Bento. I truly do not want outbound or or inbounds from two different email platforms. Please offer and make which email platform we can connect optional, or provide the options of connectivity.
