I uninstalled and reinstalled this game thinking that I was going to get the same products like in the ads…I guess I was wrong. Before I uninstalled the game, I did all the expansions and bought all the product licenses and I got a notice to buy new product license. Can you fix where’s game licensing products look like the ones in the ad, and add new licenses…After I reinstalled the game, the dog food doesn’t look like the the ones in the ads…I DON’T HAVE PUGS IN MY STORE MENU(I don’t see it in the licenses)Every time I play the game freezes, every time I click on something the game freezes and I have to exit the game and reenter. Every time I click on a free box the game and watch a video the game freezes and I don’t receive any free gifts. Please fix. I checked my internet and I’m connected and game still freezes, PLEASE FIX BECAUSE I LOVE THIS GAME AND I DON’T WANT TO UNINSTALL THIS GAME

I love this game. One thing is WAY too many adds. If you don’t really like adds, find another pet game that does not have adds. Also I saved up for a long time for staff, because checking people out is really annoying, but it only lasted ten minutes!!!! 😕

Good game, reasonable price for the no ads.Bugs: the swans come up as leghorns when adjusting the price. The dog balls come up as cat balls when adjusting the price. The cat balls come up as bones when adjusting the price. Please fix soon.
