My Emotion helps you name your feelings, record what caused them, and discover patterns in everyday life. Explore seven core emotions and forty-one shades of feeling. Add activities and view your check-ins on a daily timeline. See changes across weeks and months, and discover which activities and relationships influence your mood. You can also record emotions you notice in other people and reflect on how they affect you. Breathing exercises, meditation, a water counter, and reminders support your daily habits. Personalize the app with five face styles and choose from six languages: English, Vietnamese, German, French, Spanish, and Portuguese. No account is required. Your journal entries stay on your device. Advertising and optional app analytics are managed separately under More → Ads & privacy, and app analytics is off by default. My Emotion is free to use with ads. An optional one-time purchase removes in-app ads permanently. You can restore this purchase using the store account that bought it. My Emotion is intended for personal reflection and well-being. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or mental health conditions.
