I thought I would get direction on how to take care of a plant after diagnosis. I tried to contact through the app and it won’t go through.

I downloaded this app when I was on a job and was having trouble identifying a few plants. I attempted to identify 3 different plants and it didn’t identify any correctly. I then attempted to identify another bush and it identified it incorrectly. 4 times in a row so I gave up on it and used google. I had already paid the 1 year subscription, I attempted to cancel it and Apple would refund me. Told me I had to contact the App creator. I didn’t have time and forgot. I threw away $20 for nothing and never received a refund. I won’t recommend this app until this can be fixed!
Not correct or user friendly

You can’t search for your plants manually or research plants that you might want. Photo only identification. Took photos and misidentified every plant but 1, even when using pic from internet and care card. Do not waste your money. I am stuck with a 1 month charge when I only used it for 1 hour.

The App could not identify my garden plants, it kept shutting down after I snapped a photo, and it would not let me connect to my iPhone email to ask for help. Save your money, very disappointed!!!
