A few updates to transport movement! Added transfers at stops — it’s now easier to plan your route. Updated how transport details are shown — everything is faster and smoother.

Accessibility icons are now shown on transport — so you can easily see which option is more convenient. We’ve also improved search: you can now find stops and see the ones closest to you. And as always, we’ve been tinkering under the hood — smoothing things out and fixing the little details.

Transport tracking (still in beta): it’s now easier to find stops and routes and move between them. We also fine-tuned how transport movement is displayed. In Requests to the City Council, we tweaked the search to make it easier to find deputies elected from party lists. You can now see the app version in your profile, and we hunted down a few bugs and smoothed things out under the hood.

We’ve added a new service Requests to the city council. If you think a bench would be great here or a ramp would help there, this is the place to share your ideas and suggestions. Choose a council member and write — we’ll help you figure out who to contact. We’ve launched transport tracking in Bucha in beta mode. Feel free to explore and test it — and if something’s off, we’re right here to fix and fine-tune things. And we’ve hunted down a few bugs. All to make the city easier to use.

A couple of fixes to make the app better!

We’ve tweaked the city news — now they load faster and use less data. And yes, we cleaned things up a bit inside too.

Fixed an annoying logout bug that was bothering us as much as it was bothering you.

We gave the city list a little magic during onboarding. It’s now sorted alphabetically, so it’s easier to browse. And if you’ve shared your location, we’ll highlight your city for you.

Address is now required when voting for petitions. You can add your address manually or use your saved home address.

Fixed a payment bug on some parking areas. Now you can park and pay at all parking areas in Odesa!

We’ve added a timer to payments, so you’ll always know how much time is left. Your home screen and notifications will now refresh automatically. Small but essential fix: a correct user ID to help us assist you more easily when needed. We’ve updated critical notifications — now you can get them not only in regular mode but also in silent mode, if you turn this on in your notification settings.

Big transport updates are on the way! Soon, you’ll be able to track buses and shuttles in real time and explore updated routes across the city.

Choose how you travel around the city. In the Transport movement service, you can now use a filter to pick the type of transport you need. Switch it on, and we’ll only show what matters to you.

ASC appointments now support patronymics — a small but important fix. We chased away a few bugs so they don’t bother you anymore.

We’ve temporarily removed the unread message indicator. Don’t worry — it’ll be back once it’s fixed. A little more magic under the hood — the app is now more stable and reliable.
