This enables conventional law enforcement or novice level security professionals to have the ability to conduct a complex soft target assessment using the CARVER methodology with little to no experience in the process. Carver Plus was designed by critical infrastructure protection SMEs with ease of use in mind, utilizing a streamlined question-and-answer format to guide the user through the assessment process. The app requires an internet connection to login and retrieve your active assessments, but after that can be utilized in full without internet connectivity until you are ready to publish your changes. Multiple security specialists will have the ability to input real-time data separately while supporting the same assessment using their own mobile device & personal login.
