I regret not finding this app earlier. It’s a quick way to gauge the color temperature (among other things) in front of your camera, especially since I use the Accsoon SEE app on the same phone. I’ve been working on a project the last two weeks and have used this at each location. Bringing the footage in afterward and adding a quick CST adjustment reveals very consistent and natural colors. No more having to guess or rely on auto white balance for run and gun b-roll. Thank you for designing this app. Definitely worth the money!

One of the biggest hurdles in filmmaking is the jump to setting your own white balance and making good decisions with it in tough environments or when you’re shooting something really styled. This app makes it easy to be decisive and accurate. It’s a tool anyone can use to make their scouts and shot lists more efficient and give the camera department an edge on the day. Bravo!

This app is very helpful and useful on set and in the field. Even if you’re in the raw world, it will save time in post if you’ve nailed the white balance while shooting. When you consider the price of a separate color meter, this is a steal, and to have it in your pocket all the time makes it a no-brainer. Just get it!
