App customer service and delivery drivers need significant improvement. Every time I order from the Lulu Hypermarket application, the driver asks me to send my house location, even though my complete address and location are already saved correctly in the app. I do not understand why I am required to resend my location. There are times when I am not at home and need my groceries delivered to my door, and I do not have time to wait for messages or calls from the driver requesting information that is already available.In addition, the application frequently sends me a notification stating that my groceries have been delivered when, in fact, they have not. This creates confusion and concern, as it makes me think the order was delivered to the wrong location or address. I have informed customer service about this issue on multiple occasions, and each time I am told it is a technical problem, yet it has still not been resolved. These issues need to be addressed urgently to improve service quality and avoid losing customers.
Poorly trained customer service and confused delivery drivers

Every delivery driver needs me to send my location on WhatsApp. Takes all the convenience out of having something delivered when I’m not home! Customer service is poorly trained and doesn’t communicate properly. I’m waiting in the live chat for a response like hello??? You still there?? No manners to tell me they need a moment to process the request. You can click to see live tracking, but it’s not tracking anything! Disappointing. This app works unlike the old one, but it’s far from where it should be. Don’t offer this service if you’re not willing to FULLY deliver.
