Grip is the daily working app for automotive dealership staff. It puts the day's highest-value customers, the store's text conversations, and an AI assistant in one place, so a salesperson can work from the floor instead of from a desk.
Grip is for dealership employees. Accounts are created by the dealership; there is no public sign-up.
TODAY'S ACTION
Your ranked worklist for any day. Appointments and fresh leads in one list, each row showing the customer's trade equity and approval outlook, so you know who to call first and why. Filter by credit tier, equity, or appointments versus leads.
TEXTING
The store's inbox on your phone. See who replied and who is still waiting, oldest first, so nobody gets dropped. Send from saved snippets or write your own. Messages composed after hours are held and released in the morning.
SCOUT, THE ASSISTANT
Ask a question instead of navigating menus, by voice or by typing:
- "Who should I work today?"
- "Any Silverados in stock under 40,000 miles?"
- "Is anyone waiting on a reply?"
Scout answers from your own dealership's records and puts the results on screen. It drafts messages but never sends one on its own; you review and tap send. Scout is enabled per dealership.
WHAT GRIP SEES
Real-time trade valuations, equity positions, and credit insight, all scoped to your store. Every rep sees only their own dealership's customers, and permissions follow the role your administrator assigns.
Grip works alongside your dealership's existing Grip account. Sign-in is passwordless: enter your work email and we send you a code.
