I am a 60 year old female, 5’ 4” and WAS 149 lbs. Starting and completing the Thinnr program was literally life changing. The meals in the recipe book were easy to prepare, delicious and plentiful. I lost 15 lbs. and have easily kept the weight off. Today (two months after completing the program) I weigh 134.4 lbs. and am so proud of myself. I make better food choices because I want to and not because I’m on a diet. Thank you Thinnr. You made my life better.

Signed up for Thinnr and while the manual is good, this app makes it so much easier. Any time I’ve had a question I hit the app and the answer is there. Also a huge fan that it can help me plan meals that aligns with it and the recipe generator is great especially when I don’t know what I want to eat. I’ll probably continue using the app to stay on top of everything as it’s a simple way to track my weight and macros

I found the Thinnr app to be an extremely useful and important part of the program. Two key areas of assistance to me were 1 - helping me identify the foods I should be eating in order to obtain the best results from the process, and 2 - ensuring I remained on point with my meal portions and nutrient distribution. Both of these are key factors if you wish to derive the most benefit from the program.

It works!! I initially lost 35 lbs BUT gaining the tools needed to sustain, as well as my food choices now a habit, I kept going into the normalization phase. My total weight loss is now 48 lbs.!! My success has been amazing. I feel GREAT and my confidence has tremendously increased all bc of the Thinnr program!! I am forever grateful and 100% recommend!
