I’ve used Synergy ELD for about six months as an OTR driver. As a driver, I can’t even correct an ordinary mistake on my own log. I have to call an “ELD phone #” provided by my company and have someone with administrative access make the change.More concerning, I have personally called when I didn’t have enough available hours to complete a load and watched my available clocks change afterward. On another occasion, the person handling the logs told me he couldn’t “make it look like I have time” because my bills had timestamps.I have also never personally certified my logs during the entire time I’ve used this app.Synergy advertises “RELIABLE COMPLIANCE YOU CAN COUNT ON.” My experience has left me with considerably less confidence.One star for mystery. There is certainly plenty of that.

Lock Screen and Dynamic Island:
• Check your duty status, remaining Hours of Service and ELD connection without opening the app (iOS 16.2 and later).
• Includes a countdown to your 10-hour reset or 34-hour restart while off duty or in the sleeper berth.

Hours of Service:
• Fixed a false 14-hour violation when your split sleeper period continues into the next day.
