Hi, ich bin Caro Ich freue mich das Du da bist! Was du hier siehst, ist meine persönliche Geschichte. Ich weiß ziemlich genau, wie es dir geht. Ich hatte selbst mit einer Rektusdiastase und dadurch instabilen Mitte zu kämpfen. Die herkömmlichen Methoden konnten mir kaum weiterhelfen und meine Lücke verharrte bei 8cm. Durch meine Erfahrung und intensive Weiterbildung habe ich meine eigene Transformation erlebt. Ich habe mein Wissen gebündelt und in einem Coaching zusammengefasst, damit du es auch kannst!
