While the old app was apparently so bad, it would basically deny you access from your 401K account altogether because of being so buggy, this one isn’t much better.Issues:- Remember login credentials not working. You’ll still have to use a Authenticator every time you log in- You can’t see important parts of your account, such as transaction data in the app- No graphs for anything- Fund growth numbers don’t match official dataWhen using an app you’ll want quick access to your information. With the dreadful login system of this app, I might as well just go to the website. It takes just as long. I’m also expecting at least some similarities to renowned providers such as Schwab, Vanguard or Fidelity.So while it’s better than nothing, it’s overall a pretty poor app.

I purchased a new phone and now the app won’t open. I’ve removed and reinstalled the app twice. When I click on the app, it tries to open and immediately closes.Also, it is disappointing that you have to take many steps to enter an old portal to view your transaction history.

There are a lot of issues w this app. Many of the features in the app don’t actually work - I’m unable to access anything in the portfolio tab. Additionally, I’m extremely frustrated by the lack of visibility with my Roth. All I can see regarding my Roth is the contribution section, but I’m unable to see my balance or how much I have saved. It’s extremely frustrating and sketchy.

This is the first time I’ve ever written a review for an App Store app. And if that doesn’t already tell you something. I can’t even access the app, it glitches and shuts off. Tried downloading it a few times. When it was working the app is horrible for knowing what you’re invested in and making changes. I recommend to my company to get off this provider entirely.
