I got this as a new mom afraid to send a five-year-old into the world. I really enjoyed it because I could refresh the location whenever I was feeling anxious and crazy.. I’ve never seen any apple products. Do what this tag could do. The only downside is that it’s not waterproof and it does break easy. I can’t even get another one now that mine is broken because this tag is so hard to find they need to add a store onto this app. Now I have to find a different brand and trust something all over again.

Hello! For the request exception 3840 error screen, try switching off of wi-fi and using 5G, or try a different wi-fi network entirely. That fixed the problem for me and I was able to finish setup! The app works great from there 😇
