Moody Watch has become my daily mood tracker on Apple Watch. The cute watch faces and smooth complications/widgets make checking stress and HRV super easy, and the HealthKit sync gives me clear insights into sleep patterns, focus, and energy. I like the gentle reminders for mindfulness and breathing—great for anxiety and everyday wellness without feeling medical or preachy. The journal is quick, the UI is clean, and the data trends actually motivate better habits. It respects privacy, runs fast, and the customization is fun. If you want a simple, reliable way to build self-care routines on iPhone + Apple Watch, this is it. Highly recommend!

Good start but needs better graphs

This app is a good start. Your watch displays HRV with good visual. It doesn’t seem to keep track of HRV consistently in the background. The app will log your HRV levels during the day if you remember to open the app and check your watch. If you don’t, it doesn’t always track consistently throughout the day even when you make that change in settings. The app tracks HRV throughout the day. Once the day is over, you can’t go back and look at the specific minute by minute log. The weekly log doesn’t seem to be an accurate summary of the daily log either. You can see the general HRV patterns by the hour, but not by the minute. This doesn’t make sense to me since the goal is to identify when your HRV is off so you can calm down and get it back within the normal range. Being able to see those specific HRV trends (and refer back to them) over time would be very helpful for growth.

Hi there, thank you so much for the detailed feedback — we truly appreciate it.Regarding HRV updates:When you open the app on your Apple Watch, it will refresh and display the latest HRV measured by the hardware. However, Apple does not allow developers to actively trigger HRV measurements in the background. This means we can only show the most recent HRV value measured by the watch itself, not force new readings at any time. We understand this can feel limiting, but it’s a system-level restriction on watchOS.About minute-level HRV history:For the current day, you can view minute-level HRV data by long-pressing the graph on the home screen — this will expand into a more detailed view. We will also consider adding even more detailed HRV trend views in future updates.Thank you again for your thoughtful suggestions — feedback like yours helps us make the app better for everyone.

Seems decent. Like the colors.I think it would be good to have options you can put your rest and walk average heart rate. I'm athletic and my resting rate can get down to almost 50bpm. And walking is around 80bmps.I would be good when putting your mood in and say your stressed out it would learn from those I puts. I've put in I'm stressed out and it says I'm calm. I'm topically starting at a more stressed lvl and it would be nice to have that match and see growth from my system overtime not be as stressed.Another thing would be cool is adding a social battery you can adjust. I'm an introvert and that would be helpful to see or put in that my energy is lower then normal. Mayby had and option of how many thing you have to do I. The day. Like spoon theory.Last. I see that the high and weight does not have an option to put in Inches or Pounds.
