The app didn’t work for the one day I tried using it, I’m more upset that I have tried to cancel the free subscription before my card is charged and no one has responded to my request. Please cancel my subscription asap!

I downloaded the app today and need to delete it. All the settings options in the app will not open anything. I have sent emails to the contact in previous review replies but have not yet received an answer.

Stealing not allowing cancel
Being charged even after I canceled and not being able to get to the settings to find customer support without subscribing again is robbery
