템플릿에 전체사진을 3초이상으로 만들 려고 하는데, 어떻게해요? 템플릿 사용하지 않고도, 전체 사진을 3초나 4초로 바꾸려고 하는데, 자꾸 전체 적용이 안돼는 것 같아요. 여러가지 좋은 기능이 많아서 구매했는데, 사용법을 알려주는 웹사이트나 유투브가 있다면 알려주세요.

안녕하세요 샤디 앱 담당자입니다. 샤디의 여러 기능을 좋게 봐주시고 구매까지 해주셔서 정말 감사합니다. 현재 사진은 기본적으로 1초 길이로 불러와지고 있으며, 아쉽게도 불러온 사진 한 장의 길이를 3초나 4초로 더 길게 늘리는 기능은 아직 준비 중이에요. 말씀해주신 구간 선택 및 영상 자르기 기능은 길게 촬영된 영상을 더 짧게 자르는 기능이라, 짧게 들어온 사진이나 영상을 더 길게 늘리는 방식으로는 아직 사용이 어려워요. 사용 중 헷갈리셨을 부분을 더 쉽게 안내드릴 수 있도록 도움말이나 사용법 콘텐츠도 함께 준비해보겠습니다. 추가로 궁금한 점이 있으시면 앱의 더보기 > 문의하기로 편하게 남겨주세요. 감사합니다!

편집이 가장 간단하고 쉬워서 자주 쓰게되는 어플이에요. 특히 타임스탬프 기능을 잘 쓰고 있어요. 영상을 저장하고나면 타임스탬프 폰트 화질이 약간 흐려지는데 (영상을 저장할때 압축되서 그렇다고하는데) 폰트와 영상이 더 선명하게 저장되는 방법은 없을까요?!
