more This app checks all the boxes for me: it keeps things balanced and interesting, predicts my weights and sets effectively, adjusts for fatigue better than I expected it could, pushes me, shows me where and how I progress, teaches me effectively on how to do each exercise and what to focus on, and is based on AI which accesses science-based physical development that seems to be working well for me.There’s access to AI chat for questions or guidance based on my specific needs with memory that affects my workouts appropriately. Full access to that memory allows you to shape what the AI considers when building workouts as things change. My history before and with the app:I had only started working out seriously for a few months before starting to use this app in its mid development and have been along for the journey. Before this app I had an okay workout plan that was well-rounded perhaps, but it didn’t seem to be helping me gain much strength. I did the same repetitive stuff I was used to and never branched out or varied effort levels or any of the other stuff that can be beneficial. Once I started using Iridium I noticed progression much more quickly and tried lots of new things which kept it a lot more interesting.
Developer Response Thank you! This kind of feedback means a lot, especially from someone who has been with Iridium through its development. We’re glad the app has helped you move beyond repetitive training and into a more adaptive, progressive, and effective approach. Hearing that the AI, workout planning, coaching, and memory features have made a real difference is a huge compliment. We appreciate your support and are determined to keep building something exceptional.

It has so many features and allows me to customize multiple gyms. It knows locations, so I can just show up and it will automatically curate a workout based off of location and the individual pieces of feedback I've given it for my back injury and so on. Awesome app.

2026.8.3 2d ago
NEW FEATURES:
- Share your current workout — Send an active workout and its gym setup to a friend through a private link. They can preview it and start their own copy. Links expire after 24 hours.
IMPROVEMENTS:
- Significantly faster photo food scans — Snap a photo of your meal and get results noticeably sooner.
- Every personal record gets its moment — Workout Details now shows a tappable card for every record you set in a session — even multiple record types on the same exercise — with distance and pace records shown in your preferred units.
- More reliable Apple Watch food logging — If your iPhone hits a temporary connection hiccup while processing a Watch food log, it now retries automatically in the background.
- Fiber & sugar in search results — If you track fiber or sugar, food search results now show those values before you log.
- Major performance improvements
FIXES:
- Fixed muscle recovery not refreshing right after finishing a workout — recovery bars, the Muscle ring, and your readiness score now all update immediately and consistently from your latest session.
- Fixed a rolling schedule edge case: if you completed a workout a day or two late, the rest day that followed could push your next session out an extra day — even though you already had days off while you were delayed. Rest days now correctly count the days that already passed.
- Fixed hydration totals showing a slightly-off number (like 63.9 of 64 oz) when you'd effectively hit your goal. The app and widget now show your exact goal amount.
- Fixed AI photo scan results rounding away fractional amounts — quantities like 1.5 servings now display correctly instead of being rounded to whole numbers.
- Fixed nutrition numbers wrapping onto two lines on smaller iPhones and larger text sizes.
- Fixed a scroll hiccup when completing the final set of a workout — the screen now settles smoothly on your workout summary actions.
- Fixed Strength Score not updating immediately after a workout saved.
