Fire Pump Calc is the hydraulic reference tool built for the fireground — fast, accurate, and designed by fire service personnel for fire service personnel.
STRUCTURAL OPERATIONS
Calculate pump discharge pressure for any structural attack scenario. Select nozzle pressure, hose diameter, hose length, flow rate, elevation, and number of appliances. Instant PDP output using industry-standard friction loss formulas. Metric/imperial toggle built in.
WILDLAND PUMP SPECS
Full reference specs for five verified wildland pumps — Waterax MARK-3, Wick 80-4H, Honda WH20X, CET PFP-23hp, and CET PFP-11hp. Performance curves, engine specs, fuel type, weight, and max head pressure. All data verified against manufacturer documentation.
ADVANCED WILDLAND CALCULATOR
Purpose-built for wildland initial attack. Select your pump, hose diameter, hose length, elevation, nozzle type, wyes and fittings, water source, and tank fill percentage. Outputs required PDP, GPM at PDP, max hose lay, max elevation, and estimated runtime — with a live indicator showing whether your required PDP is within pump capacity.
CUSTOM PUMP BUILDER
Add your own pump specs and save them for future reference. Custom pumps appear in both Wildland screens and persist between sessions.
BUILT FOR THE JOB
No sign-in required. Works fully offline. No ads, no in-app purchases, no external network calls. A mandatory disclaimer is presented on first launch. Built and maintained by Captain Justin Medeiros, Kitimat Firefighters Association.

Thank you for the feedback — you were right, and we heard you. Wildland operations support is now live in version 1.6 and beyond, including a full Wildland Pump Specs reference with performance data for five portable pump models, and an Advanced Wildland Calculations screen for hydraulic planning in the field. More wildland tools are in development. We appreciate you taking the time to review.

VERIFIED PUMP DATA
All built-in wildland pump specs have been audited and corrected against manufacturer documentation. Engine specs, fuel type, weight, and performance curves are now fully accurate. Fuel Type field added to all pump cards.
ANDROID LAUNCH
Fire Pump Calc is now available on Android. Same calculations, same pump data, rebuilt natively in Jetpack Compose.
UI IMPROVEMENTS
Pump picker redesigned with a dark floating style matching the app aesthetic. Max Head label corrected to Max Head Pressure throughout.
Bug fixes and performance improvements across all screens.
