Work on your apple signin integration. It just does not work. Honestly, I’m about to just make an app that works and possibly pitch it to gyms as well. Seems like it’s a webview that is either not communicating with the platform-specific functionality. The devs should do more testing before releasing to users. Honestly if you guys need help, reach out to me.

Confusing to use!

I’ve been going to a climbing gym on and off for over a year. They recently have new auto-belays set for some of the routes, and have a sheet showing how to use it, along with a QR code for an app. I downloaded the app earlier today and found it very hard to understand what I’m supposed to do. 1. The UX and UI are not modern. It feels very dated and is not intuitive. 2. It’s not easy to “just go” and start getting value from the app. There is a lot of repetition. I need to keep entering my name two or three different times. Once to register, another time to login, and then again to sign a contract. I need to enter my passport number. But the contract is in Spanish, and it’s named in Catalan inside the app. 3. It seems to be an app made for both climbers and gym owners. As a climber I don’t want to see all the mumbo-jumbo that are relevant for gym owners; I want to get value from the app and do the gamification that it offers. 4. After finishing my climbing session and while away from the climbing gym I attempted to understand how to actually use the app. I could not figure it out. I spent more time trying to decipher the app than writing this long review, which should tell you something. In sum, I feel like the developers have an idea what the app could do, but had not done any usability testing, did not have beginner climbers test it out to give feedback, and therefore haven’t made any improvements.
