I’ve used this app for over a year and absolutely LOVED it. The concept of being able to capture those little moments that make parenting so fun is fantastic. While it’s not perfect, the functionality, ease of use, and price point makes it worth it. However, I recently got a new phone, and as happens with most apps when you get a new phone, it logged me out of my account. It’s been well over a year since I made my account, and I’ve never once in all that time had to use my password. I don’t remember it. There is no “forgot my password” button. There is no “contact support” that I can find. All of my entries are lost, and to say that I am devastated is a huge understatement. Maybe it’s my fault for not paying more for a different app that would have the financial imperative to make sure that my information isn’t lost, or for not storing my password…somewhere. But either way, I’m just sitting here crying over all those precious moments lost.

Hi, we really sorry that this has happened to you, and would like to apologize about it. I’m afraid we can’t help to save your precious quotes, the data should have carried over from the old phone. Or if you would still have access to the old phone you could create a backup from the app there.The “logged out” part that you saw, was simply the at-the-time not yet finished cloud sync and quote books feature. It was invite-only that’s why there was no forgot password button. In the latest versions of the app this feature is now publicly available, and you can create a free account that will ensure that all your quotes get automatically saved to the cloud and you can safely go through new phone changes. As an added benefit you can also invite others and share your quotes with them in the app.Once again, we really wish we could help in some way to recover those moments, and sorry that we have let you down. Even though we are a free app, we commit to helping our users as much as we possibly can. That's also why we are rolling out (finally) the option to create a user account and make sure no quotes are ever lost again!
