App Review Submission: Updated Features for Moviu - Movie and Show Review App Dear App Review Team, We have updated the Moviu - Movie and Show Review App to enhance user experience, functionality, and compliance with App Store guidelines. Below is a detailed explanation of the new features implemented: 1. User Photo Upload Purpose: Users can now upload their profile photos to personalize their accounts. Implementation Details: Users have full control over their uploaded photos. The feature ensures compliance with privacy guidelines by securely storing uploaded photos on our backend servers, following industry-standard encryption practices. Uploaded images are moderated through an automated system and manual review (if necessary) to prevent the sharing of inappropriate content. 2. Review Deletion Purpose: We have introduced the ability for users to delete their own reviews. This empowers users to manage their content and comply with privacy and data management standards. Implementation Details: Deleted reviews are removed from our app and backend system. Users receive confirmation before the deletion is finalized to prevent accidental actions. 3. Filter Movies and Shows Purpose: To provide users with a more tailored experience, we have added robust filtering options for movies and shows. Implementation Details: Users can filter content by genre, release year, ratings, and other parameters. The feature improves content discoverability and user satisfaction. 4. Password Change Purpose: Users can now change their passwords directly within the app for enhanced security and convenience. Implementation Details: Password updates are managed via a secure process, requiring users to authenticate with their current password before making changes. Passwords are hashed and stored securely, adhering to industry standards for user data protection. Additional Considerations Privacy Compliance: All features are designed with user privacy and security in mind. Personal data is managed in accordance with our updated privacy policy. User Guidelines Enforcement: As part of our efforts to ensure compliance with Apple’s Safety (User-Generated Content) guidelines, we have a backend moderation system to review and remove content or accounts that do not adhere to our terms of service. We believe these updates significantly improve the overall user experience while ensuring alignment with Apple’s App Store guidelines, especially regarding user-generated content, privacy, and safety. Thank you for your time and review. Please let us know if there are any further clarifications required. Sincerely, Spak Communication Pvt Ltd Moviu App Development Team
