New - A new typewriter-style PDF template (Settings → PDF format): typewriter type for text and numbers, and dashed rules that look like typed lines. - The typeface is downloaded the first time you use the template. Without an internet connection, the PDF is created with the standard typeface. Improvements - In light mode, cards now stand out clearly from the background.

Bug Fixes - Closing the line item editor without saving could change the line amount while leaving the subtotal and total out of date. Fixed. - Line items, subtotal, tax and total now always match: documents are recalculated with your current rounding setting when opened, when a PDF is created, and in lists and reports. - When several documents are combined into one invoice, their discounts are carried over per tax rate, so the total matches the original documents. - Going back from the item, business information or bank account editor without saving no longer keeps the unsaved changes. Improvements - Document Settings are now saved as soon as you change them; there is no Save button any more.

Improvements - Document preview: added space below the template list so it no longer sits against the bottom edge of the screen.

Improvements - Statistics on iPad and Mac: charts are no longer pushed far down the screen. Bug Fixes - Receipts in languages other than Japanese: the "For:" line now reads naturally, wraps long descriptions and no longer overlaps the totals.

Improvements - The Project Name field now tells you clearly whether it is printed on the document. - Month headings in document lists follow your app language. - A cleaner membership card in Settings. Bug Fixes - For currencies with cents, tax is now calculated to 2 decimal places by default, so the per-rate breakdown and the total always match. - Fixed several mistranslations in Korean, Vietnamese, Portuguese, Thai and English. - Korean and Thai: documents now default to English, as PDFs can't display these scripts yet.

Bug Fixes - Fixed a rounding error that could make the tax amount and the total off by one when a discount was applied. - The per-rate tax breakdown and the summary now always show the same tax amount. - Fixed the client's department and contact name missing from the PDF templates. - Fixed a duplicate sample client being created on first launch.

New Features & Improvements - Modernized UI design with enhanced aesthetics and clarity. - Improved layout and interaction across document lists, edit screens, and onboarding. - Performance improvements and bug fixes.

Fixes - When a document preview could not be generated, the app showed a blank grey area. It now explains what went wrong and offers a Retry button. - Improved diagnostics for preview failures, so reported problems are easier for us to track down.

A brand-new look - Every screen has been redesigned. Translucent materials and a reworked information hierarchy make your document, client and item lists readable at a glance. - Dark mode has been rebuilt. Amounts and status badges were recolored so they stay legible against a dark background. - List rows now adapt to the window width. On desktop, narrowing the window never drops the amount or the status, and the client name stays readable. New: Pick your theme color - Settings > Theme color lets you choose the app's accent from seven colors: Blue, Green, Sky, Emerald, Teal, Indigo and Graphite. - Light mode and dark mode can be set independently. - This is separate from the brand color used in your PDFs, so your documents look exactly as before. Fixes - Fixed being unable to add a line item from the item list.

New: Default due dates per document type - You can now set a default deadline for each document type. It appears as "Valid until" on estimates, "Due date" on invoices, and "Requested delivery date" on purchase orders. - Choose end of current month, end of next month, a number of days after the issue date, or no due date at all - so month-end billing terms work out of the box. - Previously this setting lived deep inside Business info > Bank account and only affected invoices. It now lives in Settings > Document settings > Default due dates. Your existing setting is carried over unchanged. - Purchase order PDFs now print the requested delivery date. - Receipts and delivery notes no longer show a due date field, since they have no deadline. Improvements - The dedicated receipt layout now supports dual-currency and bilingual display. Previously it rendered in the primary currency and language even when those options were enabled. Fixes - Fixed documents getting mixed up, or the screen turning blank, when two different document types were open in separate tabs on desktop. - Fixed deleted business profiles still being referenced by existing documents.
