I’m a medical patient and have always enjoyed visiting the dispensary, even back before it went recreational. The only issue is how busy it can get. On days when I don’t feel like making the trip, I order from this delivery service instead. They partner with my favorite dispensary, and the staff are knowledgeable and genuinely helpful — especially when it comes to picking strains, which I usually struggle with. The experience feels just like shopping in person, and the prices are the same or sometimes even a bit cheaper put you also get freebies too. On top of that, their customer service and friendliness are outstanding.I definitely recommend this delivery service.

Lovebud prioritizes quantity in orders before quality in service. First order placed was allowed after hours, so I didn’t receive my order until the following day. I placed a small order just to ensure I was happy with my service overall. They were all fairly kind about it until I had some issues with my withdrawal balance. It had been a few weeks since I had gotten a response from anyone on either phone or app side. So I finally receive a message saying, “what is your phone number? Let’s handle this today” but my number is attached to my account so that was concerning…I eventually called the phone number upon which I found another charge from Lovebud after canceling my subscription due to all the bugs that hindered their experience, to which “Hiba” said there would be a follow up for, wasn’t until I pressed again, and then only half of my issue was resolved. I was then told that I cannot have a refund for my balance because they have a fraud issue where people would upload money with credit (which shouldn’t be possible if they programmed the system to not allow credit payments) then withdraw on another account. I get it. But not my issue, this issue is due to bugs that are happening because a lack of attention to detail in the design and programming of the app, thus providing a poor customer experience. I’m bummed. I tried to work with them for a month. Just going to call my bank about it I guess.
