You asked and we delivered. We've added sound to recorded videos.  The Ferret Thermal App uses the smart device's microphone to enable you to narrate videos as you take them.

We've been hard at work squashing bugs to make the Ferret Thermal App better than ever.

We've added a "Thermal Lens" function with 5 settings. You can now filter the thermal overlay to view hottest, coldest, both hottest and coldest, body temp or normal view. This new feature can be used for live viewing and also on saved thermal images.

1. Introducing user selectable TISR Super Resolution up from the native 160x120 resolution (19,200 pixels) up to 640x480 (307,200 pixels) 2. Minor bug fixes

See more and do more. This upgrade gives you 4x the pixels with Ferret Thermal's TISR super resolution of 320x240 (76,800 pixels).

We've been hard at work adding new features. 1. Manual temperature range function. - this allows you to set a min and max temperature to effectively zoom in on a temperature range and get greater color differentiation. 2. Thermometer enhancement - there is an additional thin temperature scale to the right of the main thermometer. This shows the viewed image temperature range compared to the full range that the sensor can view. 3. Control buttons can now swap sides - some users prefer to use the phone in their right hand meaning buttons need to be on the right. We now have a setting in the App to move the control buttons to the left which in turn moves the thermometer to the right.

1. Added more temperature point modes. In addition to the hottest and coldest temperature points, there is now also a centre point mode and a touch point mode that allows you to identify the temperature of any selected spot. The temperature point modes can be used both in live view and on saved images. 2. Fixed and iOS bug so that only Ferret Thermal images and video are now shown in the App gallery. 3. Minor performance updates.

New features added; 1. Photos now have thermography data. When viewed in the App, the color palette can be changed as can the visible to thermal and everywhere in between setting. 2. The live view can be paused. Also minor bug fixes and improvements. More updates coming very soon.
