Can't get the weight off, even when you're doing everything right? Olive rebuilds your habits and pairs you with physician-prescribed peptides when your body is stuck.
You didn't fail the diet. Your metabolism stopped listening.
Olive is the AI health companion that finds what's keeping your body stuck and helps you fix it.
Inflame a cell long enough and it stops responding to its own signals for hunger, storage and energy. We call that metabolic resistance. It starts in your cart: in an NIH study, the same people on matched meals ate about 500 more calories a day on ultra-processed food.
96% of Olive members who scan 10 foods find one to rethink, and 3 in 4 find seed oils.
OLIVE IS FOR YOU IF
• You've tried diets, workouts, calorie counting and apps, maybe even GLP-1s, and the scale won't move.
• You crash by mid-afternoon, or live with brain fog, bloating, cravings or poor sleep.
• You want to know what's really in your food, water and skin care.
Nearly 1 in 2 Olive members told us weight gain is holding them back.
YOUR AI HEALTH COMPANION
• Ask Olive anything: what to eat, what to swap, why you feel off. Answers remember your goals and history.
• Daily check-in: log how you feel in a few taps, plus meals and peptide doses. Olive links what you eat to how you feel.
• Food log: snap a photo, type it or say it. Olive builds a Meal Review with calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, sugar and sodium.
• Courses on stubborn weight, energy and focus, plus a room-by-room plan to detox your home.
FIND WHAT'S KEEPING YOU STUCK
• Food scanner: 1.3 million+ products scored for seed oils, artificial dyes, additives, preservatives, hidden sugars, gluten and allergens.
• Skincare and cosmetic scanner: fragrance, parabens, phthalates and endocrine disruptors.
• 540+ bottled waters scored for PFAS, microplastics and fluoride.
• Lab results for 90 products, including heavy metals like lead and arsenic.
• FDA recall alerts: 1,174 recalls tracked.
• Cleaner swaps for anything that scores low, plus a map of seed-oil-free restaurants.
The label is written by the seller. The rating shouldn't be. No brand can buy a better score.
THE OLIVE PROTOCOL
When habits alone aren't enough, the Olive Protocol pairs your companion with physician-prescribed peptides in one program.
• Weight loss: GLP-1 programs, including GLP-1 microdosing for a lower dose and a gentler start.
• Energy and recovery: NAD+, B12, glutathione and more.
• Answer a few questions to find your match, then take a free 3-minute intake. No in-person visit.
• Board-certified, licensed US clinicians review every request. If prescribed, medication ships from a licensed US pharmacy. Pay only if approved.
Studies show the weight comes back when the shot stops. In one large trial, people regained two-thirds of it within a year. Olive builds the habits that keep your results. You don't rent your results. You own them.
HOW OLIVE IS DIFFERENT FROM NOOM
Noom is built on the psychology of eating. Olive starts with your body.
• Olive scans your food, water and skin care for what's working against your metabolism.
• One program pairs habits with physician-prescribed peptides, built so your results last.
WHY PEOPLE TRUST OLIVE
• 4.8 stars from 40,000+ App Store ratings and more than a million downloads.
• 400+ clinicians share Olive with their patients.
• Olive medical advisors: Dr. William Haas, MD (peptide therapy) and Dr. Chris Knobbe, MD (food science).
Do I need peptides to use Olive? No. Olive Premium works on its own.

You guys advertise you want to help people eat better and help with there mental health with food but then when your done filling out all the questions you get 7 days free and then you have to pay to use it after? Why can’t we just have an app that actually helps like this one but maybe actually be free…. And help people eat better alternatives. I already deleted the app because I thought it was actually free and get to help myself learn which foods I need to eat in which foods I don’t. I already have bills up the wall and this would just be another bill just to live better, when it’s already hard to live in this world now days. Everything has to cost money bc money IS MORE IMPORTANT THEN HUMANITY.

We wish we could make Olive completely free — but the reason it isn’t is because we don’t take money from brands, run ads, or sell user data. Subscriptions fund independent lab testing and keep the rankings unbiased. There is a free trial so people can try it before committing, but we understand not everyone wants another subscription. If you ever want to revisit it or have ideas on how we can make access easier, email support@oliveapp.com. We genuinely read every message.
Not free. Wastes time to tell you $70 a year
Vee535
Update: got a whole explanation from this owner justifying how they do things in order for me to change my review which I will not. If you want to charge this money, be up front and do not waste people’s time with over and over getting people to tell you how committed they are before telling the process and prices. They use same manipulation as any schemes with their way to try to buy in. I have no issues with paid services that are up front and honest. This will waste your time and hide their price or plan till the end and hence why that bad review. Original Review: The app feels like a scheme selling you magic beans. Starts out will screen after screen to get you to buy in with showing you their reviews then asking over and over if your committed and how committed are you and if you say you’re not sure, it will tell you that this app might not be for you. Only way to proceed is to really convince the app that you are super committed. We all know those scheme videos that do that and you can’t find out why you’re getting till you’ve wasted your time. So what you’re getting is $70 a year membership. To do a 7 day trial you still need to authorize payment after the trial. So not a real free trial. And any time I see such sales techniques instead of relying on their product to show people it’s worth it, I run far away

Hi — just to clarify, Olive is not disguised as free. We offer a 7-day free trial, and Apple requires users to authorize the subscription upfront before the trial begins. You can cancel anytime in your Apple subscription settings and won’t be charged if you cancel during the trial. The onboarding questions are there to personalize your experience (allergies, ingredients you avoid, dietary preferences) so scan results are actually tailored to you. We’re intentionally subscription-based so we can stay 100% independent — no ads, no brand payments, no paid product placements. Our revenue comes from our users, which allows us to fund extensive third-party lab testing for contaminants like heavy metals and provide unbiased product rankings. If anything in the setup felt confusing, we’d be happy to help directly at support@oliveapp.com.
Your willing to pay 70$ a year to gain acsess to what we should already have for free?

Just downloaded thinking this would be great because Yuka (5 stars I LOVE) only is for cosmetics…I sign up…and soon I figure out why this app charges, there is a 7 day trial, but it requires card information to even activate. After 7 days your card is automatically charged 69$ for a year plan. This app is a joke. It tries to hook you into a 90 day plan, has you go through customization for your healthy lifestyle..then at the end it says “oh actually..only 7 days are FREE..Oh and not to mention but…you must submit your card intro to even activate those 7 days…”COMPLETE JOKE OF AN APP. We need an app like Yuka, for food. I wouldn’t pay over 5$ a month to have access to information that tells me whether or not what I’m eating depicts my life. I am disappointed. This country is greedy and sad. This app emphasizes that. Not a healthy lifestyle. Half America is in poverty and this app presents itself as “good”??? Just to have you pay another yearly bill? I’m GOOD. This is for certain people..yk the ones who fling their money…the people who have that fund to use. A lot of people don’t. I think this app and company is greedy for charging so much. Terrible.

We want to clarify a few important points. Olive offers a free trial with no charge upfront, and Apple — not Olive — requires a payment method for all trials. You are never charged unless you choose to continue.Olive is subscription-based so we can remain 100% independent, fund real lab testing, and never take money from brands to influence scores. If anything felt confusing or you’d like help reviewing your account, please contact support@oliveapp.com — we’re happy to help.
Good app just minor accuracy issues
Printkeoeosowodosxoso
I’ve been using this app for over a year now (paid version), so clearly I see the value in it. I genuinely like the concept and what it’s trying to do. It’s super helpful for making better choices and being more aware of what you’re putting in your body. That’s the reason I’ve stuck with it this long. That said, there are a few things that need serious improvement.First, accuracy. Some of the product ratings don’t seem reliable. I’ve come across items where the information feels off, and it makes it hard to fully trust the app. There needs to be better verification, whether that’s through a stronger AI system or more consistent database checks.Second, the search feature is frustrating. I’ll type in a product and it doesn’t show up, but then I scan it and suddenly it’s there. That makes no sense. If the item exists in the system, it should show up when searched. This becomes a bigger issue when you don’t have access to the barcode and are relying on typing it in.Lastly, inconsistency between similar products. I scanned the same brand and product (lemon juice), just different sizes, and got completely different ratings. The ingredients matched, so there’s no clear reason for the difference. That’s confusing and makes it hard to trust the scoring system.Overall, I like the app and still use it, but if accuracy and consistency were improved, it would be way more reliable and worth the price.
