RelaxColors gives your attention one simple thing to follow: a screen of shifting color, a steady rhythm, and an optional preset tone. Choose a pattern and take a quiet break. YOUR LIGHT, YOUR RHYTHM Explore 20 patterns with distinct palettes, pacing, preset tones and timed sessions. Begin with three free patterns. Controls hide during your session; tap the screen to bring them back, or stop whenever you feel ready. SOUND IS YOUR CHOICE Keep the original preset tone, turn it off, or independently add one of four nature-inspired backgrounds: gentle rain, ocean waves, forest breeze and soft noise. Adjust the sound layers separately or enjoy the colors in silence. Backgrounds are generated and synthesized loops, not field recordings. YOUR QUIET MOMENTS Pin a pattern, background and volumes together for next time. See active minutes across the week, your most-used patterns and recent sessions. Optional check-ins let you record how you felt. Personal suggestions describe your recent habits and answers; they do not predict a health outcome. Your history stays on your device, with no account or external AI service. Clear your history or turn suggestions off in Settings. Choose optional quiet reminders at a time that suits you. A SIMPLE EVERYDAY RITUAL Use a short pause between tasks or a longer wind-down at the end of the day. Color sessions and bundled sounds play locally. Purchases and restoration require an internet connection. OPTIONAL PREMIUM Three patterns are free. An optional auto-renewable subscription unlocks the complete library. Got to try to help with sleep. The sleep version was paid so I did free trial. Definitely not worth paying money for. The app is glitched and when you click on session you want, it takes you to different one. The colors change quickly which is not very relaxing for when trying to sleep. It also makes a very annoying noise (luckily you can mute).
