What’s New Last update, we introduced the ability to plan meals ahead through chat with your AI coach. Now, we’ve built a dedicated Plan Ahead experience to make it dramatically faster and easier. You can now: • Describe meal plans in natural language • Review everything before logging • Edit meals across multiple future days • Log an entire week of meals in seconds Examples: “Mon–Fri oatmeal for breakfast” “Tomorrow chicken caesar salad for lunch” “Tue and Thu protein bar as a snack” This release also includes additional polish, usability improvements, and bug fixes throughout the app.

Streaks Your current streak, your best streak, and a 90-day view that makes your consistency visible. Day Passes and Week Passes mean missing a day doesn’t erase your progress. Levels 25 levels — Initiate to Legend. Every action adds up. Meals, workouts, showing up day after day. The level path shows how far you’ve come and what it took to get there. Circe When something meaningful happens, your coach is the one who calls it out — and tells you what it actually says about you. Coach suggestions now open directly into conversation, so acting on them takes no effort.
