• Similar plates - When a plate comes back with no active session, the app now suggests close matches that do have a session, permit, or validation, highlighting the characters that differ so you can catch a typo before citing.
• Valet permits - The duration you picked last time is now pre-selected when you create the next valet permit, so repeat lots take one less tap.
• Signing in - After you enter your email to find your organization, the login page now arrives with that email already filled in.

• Scan results - Scanning a vehicle now shows whether its permit is for reserved or unreserved parking, and the space number assigned to reserved permits.
2026.717.0 Jul 17
• Scan results - Scanning a vehicle now shows its permit details, including the company the permit belongs to, right on the result screen.
• Fewer blank screens - When a location, parking session, or officer list can't load (spotty connection or a server hiccup), you now get a clear error with a Retry button instead of an empty or stuck screen.
• Recovers from errors - If something unexpected goes wrong, the app now shows a recovery screen you can tap to get back to work instead of freezing.
2026.715.0 Jul 16
• Valet permits - If the valet permit list can't load (spotty connection or a server hiccup), you now get a clear message and a Retry button instead of a blank "No valet permits" screen.
• Home screen - A failed pull-to-refresh no longer clears your violations list; the list you were viewing stays on screen when the network hiccups.
2026.708.0 Jul 9
• Valet permits - Issue and manage short-term valet permits right in the app, with a faster one-tap create and a duplicate-plate warning.

• Active permits first - The permits screen now defaults to active permits, keeping your working list focused instead of cluttered with expired ones.

• Fixes - Permit search stays accurate right after you remove a permit, and the permit "Remove" button no longer hides behind the Android navigation bar.

• Printing — Fixed a rare problem where a citation could print blank with a scrambled date when the violation's details hadn't fully loaded. The app now shows a clear “details unavailable” message instead of printing an unusable citation.

• Minor updates — Improvements for sign-in reliability and overall stability.
2026.618.0 Jun 18
• Chalk button — On a vehicle that already has an active paid session, the Chalk button is now greyed out, and tapping it tells you why (“this vehicle has an active session”) instead of letting you chalk a vehicle that’s already paid.
• Issue Violation — The app re-checks the vehicle’s parking session the moment before you submit. If the driver just paid, you’re stopped with a clear message and sent back to Home, so you don’t wrongly cite a paid vehicle.
• No double tickets — Double-tapping “Issue Violation” can no longer create two citations for the same vehicle; the button shows a brief spinner while it checks.
2026.616.0 Jun 16
• Staying signed in: fixed a bug where a dropped or weak connection could log you out or leave the app stuck and unable to load data. The app now stays signed in through dead zones and reconnects on its own once you’re back in range.
2026.615.0 Jun 15
• Permits: improved reliability and loading of the permits list.
2026.611.0 Jun 12
• Already-cited alert: when you check a plate, you’ll now see a banner if that vehicle was recently cited, helping you avoid issuing a duplicate citation.
• Report an issue: reporting a problem in the app now lets you pick a category, so your report reaches the right team faster.
2026.609.0 Jun 9
• Report an issue: open the menu to send a problem, with a screenshot, straight to the support team.
• Stay signed in: fixed a problem that could sign you out unexpectedly during a shift.
• Clearer chalk timer: the countdown now reads in clean minutes and switches to live seconds in the final minute.
2026.529.0 Jun 1

• Chalk → Warning — At locations that allow it, you can now turn a chalk into a warning instead of only a violation.
• Smart default — Locations that mostly issue warnings now open the screen on Warning automatically, so there’s less tapping.
