Nearly useless support
Sep 24
Sorry to go fff FYI y y rf
I rarely write reviews, but this app and its support are so frustrating that others — and TADIRAN — should know.1. My previous app, which worked fine, was discontinued and it took a week until I could get the support I needed to connect this new app.2. With help from support, I installed the new app and it worked fine for several months … until it didn’t.3. Now the app doesn’t work (the AC works fine with the remote control) at all. I can a WhatsApp conversation with support that entailed lots of waiting and finally I was told that they’d “open a call for technical support” (which is what I hoped I had already), within 1 business day. Of course one needs to be home, with the AC, for this to be of any value and that’s not likely because the support call is not scheduled in advance.VERY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED.

Why i dont get a verification code via email ? And why j should add my phone number to create account? Imagine if there is a family that wanna use the same device like a living room air conditioner.. you and your wife and your kids should be having an access to control it using wifi and the app
