Sprout helps you apply to jobs faster, while improving the quality of your applications.
Instead of filling out repetitive forms or sending generic applications, Sprout guides you through a simple flow that balances speed, personalization, and control.
How it works:
1. Swipe to discover jobs
Browse millions of roles and swipe on the ones you’re interested in.
2. Answer a few targeted questions
For each job, Sprout compares your profile with the role and asks a small set of focused questions designed to surface missing details, clarify your experience, or highlight strengths that matter for that position.
3. Get tailored documents
Using your profile and answers, Sprout generates a resume and cover letter customized for that specific job.
4. Review if you want—or apply instantly
You can review and edit everything if you choose, or skip review and let Sprout apply automatically. Review is always optional.
5. Sprout applies on your behalf
Once approved—or if review is skipped—our AI agent completes the application directly on the employer’s website for you.
Why Job Seekers Choose Sprout
• Swipe-to-apply job discovery
• Job-specific questions that improve quality

i’m tryna apply to as many jobs as possible after graduating in may. sprout makes that possible. i did like 60 apps in one night while watching netflix which i never could’ve done manually.i wouldn’t have done even 10 on linkedin. i noticed some job listings are kinda vague but when you click through it takes you to the company site anyway. i’ve had 1 interview so far which is a win in my book. the ai cover letter was a nice surprise — actually sounded professional, i only had to change a couple lines.i do kinda wish sprout had some kind of salary negotiation feature too. getting the interviews is one thing, but knowing how to handle the offer part would make this a complete package.
A waste of time and money, consider other job search resources

This app is carried by social media promotion. The AI generated resumes do not pass AI screening software and the job postings available are repetitive and not enticing. At multiple points I received the same posting anywhere from 5-10 times in a row. I received better leads and more interviews from competitor job boards and utilizing alternative resources. If you are going to pay for a resource during your job search I would absolutely not recommend this one. Your time and money would be better spent investing in a career coach to craft your resume and apply through any other job board or your standing network. Maybe if more positions were posted to this platform it may be better however this current iteration serves to inflate the number of applicants per posting without improving your ability to stand out compared to other applicants. Yes this will save you time, however it will not yield a significant return on investment. Would NOT recommend.

Thank you for the detailed feedback. If you experienced duplicate postings or incomplete applications, that’s something we want to investigate.Sprout does not bypass ATS systems. The resumes generated are structured to be ATS compatible, but results can vary depending on the employer’s system. If you’re open to it, please contact support with an example of a failed or duplicate job so we can review your specific case. We’re continuously improving job matching and filtering accuracy.
Prices are egregious.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I’m not paying to apply for jobs. Most of the people trying to use this app are people who are desperately seeking jobs and likely don’t have the money to pay $10 a week or one large monthly payment. I have seen developer responses saying that their “advanced AI” is the reason it’s so expensive but that’s not a good enough reason for prices this high. It feels like a scam because we don’t even get an option to free trial this “advanced AI” before paying such insane prices. 1st they expect you to rate the app before you even use it. Then they make you go through all the questions and account setup BEFORE telling you that you HAVE TO PAY to even access the app at all. This app is only useful if you already have money, which most unemployed people or underpaid workers don’t have! Will never use this app and as an underpaid recruiter I will be telling all of my applicants and interviewees not to pay for this scam of an app either.

We understand your frustration. Sprout isn’t a scam, it’s a subscription-based app that uses AI to generate resumes, cover letters, and automatically apply to jobs. Running this technology is expensive, which is why a subscription is required, but users can choose between weekly and monthly plans. You can also try Sprout without paying by inviting 3 friends with your referral code to earn 5 free credits once they sign up.We know it can feel discouraging to see pricing after setup, and we’re working on making it clearer up front as well as exploring more affordable and accessible options in the future.
Makes job apps less stressful

i get anxious every time i open job boards bc it feels endless and hopeless. sprout actually makes it kinda manageable. i’ve been using it for 2 weeks and it’s already helped me apply to way more places than i would’ve done on my own.i’ve had 1 interview so far which is better than the zero i got in the past 3 months lol. the ai cover letters are honestly one of my favorite parts. mine came out polished enough that i barely had to change anything except a couple small edits.the tracking feature is nice too — i can look back and see what i’ve applied to which keeps me from feeling lost in the process.
Thanks for all the support!
In this release, just a few bug fixes to allow for a better user experience!
