Fyle files your paperwork for you. Scan a letter, an invoice or a contract. Fyle reads the text, gives the document a title, writes a short summary and puts it in the right folder. Then just ask, for example: "When can I cancel?"
AI FROM APPLE
Fyle runs on Apple Intelligence. The model on your iPhone writes the title, summary and tags, picks the folder and answers your questions. The text stays on your device. If a document is too long for it, Fyle analyzes it with Apple's Private Cloud Compute, so it stays with Apple. Fyle uses an online model only when neither works. If you prefer, Fyle works offline only.
Apple Intelligence needs a compatible device. On other devices Fyle analyzes documents online.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Scan or share: with the camera and automatic edge detection, from Photos and Files, or with Share from any app.
2. Fyle sorts: title, summary, tags and folder are filled in for you. You can change anything, and your choice wins.
3. Find it again: full-text search in Fyle, in Spotlight and with Siri.
FOLDERS
All your folders are in one place, like Taxes, Insurance or Home. Create new folders, rename them and move several documents at once.

This app should be a default iOS app. It helps you do anything with your documents within the same app and you can get through your day as if you were sitting down at your computer desk to achieve some tasks without wasting time. Perfect for office workers, student moms, organized junkies, and anybody who wishes to be able to do anything on their phone instead of sitting down at their laptop.

I'm glad to upgrade to the universal version, and here are some suggestions. In the settings, provide a global option for personalized chat, allowing users to state their preferences. For example, "I am a university student and need to reply in Chinese," "I like concise and clear summaries," "I want detailed and in-depth answers," and so on.

Added a new model, Gemini 2.5 Pro, which should have better OCR and answer quality

Besides ChatGPT5?, it is suggested to add a new model, Gemini 2.5 Pro, in the settings, as the latter should have better OCR capabilities.After importing certain books, the current OCR recognition effect of ChatGPT 5? is not good. The chatbot indicates that the book text is messy, and it cannot find the specified chapter and summarize the content of that chapter, let alone accurately extract the chapter subtitles and the corresponding content of the titles.
