When your Taskquatcher is on the way, live tracking stays more reliable so you can follow along with confidence. We’ve also tightened photo safety checks and added helpful reminders so pending approvals don’t get left hanging.

ASAP tasks now stay open for up to 12 hours while we find you a Taskquatcher, so you have more time to get matched. Finishing a task is smoother too: if you already left a rating, we take you straight to tipping without making you rate again. We also fixed Android scheduling crashes, improved push notification taps, and made videos and sounds more reliable after switching apps.

Task requests now show a live countdown timer in your messages so you always know how much time is left to connect with a Taskquatcher before a request expires. We refreshed the "Taskquatchers We Love" discovery section with a new name, a delightful glitter animation, and clearer swipe interactions. The Tips section also got an upgrade with new cards to help you get the most out of voice search, Best Available matching, and Customer-Choice matching.

Introducing Love at First Task, a new way to discover top-rated Taskquatchers right from your home screen. Swipe through featured vendors, unlock exclusive offers, and find your perfect match with one tap. You can now tap a Taskquatcher's avatar in any conversation to jump straight to their profile.

Search for tasks using your voice - just tap the microphone and say what you need done. The home screen now features smoother animations and improved visual feedback throughout the app, including enhanced completion celebrations. We've also improved error messaging during sign-up and phone verification to make getting started even easier.

You can now request to reschedule a booked task, react to messages with emoji reactions, and view profile photos and images fullscreen with a tap. We also redesigned the Messages inbox with active and completed sections, added a guided onboarding experience with Sassy, improved the phone sign-in flow, and added vendor availability indicators to your Favorites screen.

We improved how task status, vendor declines, and scheduled reminders are shown, and polished messaging and job screens so it’s easier to stay in the loop. New notification preferences, profile ratings, and better deep links help you book the right service faster.

We’ve improved sign-up and profile updates with smoother phone verification, better app links, and cleaner phone formatting across the app. This update also adds cancellation notes, selectable message text, more accurate earnings/receipt details, and general reliability improvements.

Taskquatchers can now rate customers after completed jobs, with clearer customer ratings and task details shown across task cards and job pages. We also improved task browsing and creation with faster loading, better “load more” behavior, smoother specialty prefill from popular/trending tasks, refreshed message timestamps, and updated privacy/terms content. You can now send and receive images in messages, and your task updates appear in real time so you never have to refresh. We've also made it easier to find and save your favorite pros, polished the overall look and feel throughout the app, and squashed some pesky bugs.

In-app vendor support chat is now available from Home’s Quick Actions. Slide the handle to start a live conversation with our team without leaving the app. This update also improves reliability for messages, search, and location, strengthens arrival-related reminders for vendors, and includes fixes behind the scenes for a smoother experience overall.
