This software was unable to recognize my HP printer - even after multiple install, reinstalls - rebooting - this software took me back to the days of floppy disks and blinking cursors - HP needs to let Apple engineers do their install and compatibility software…oh yeah and their website too

This printer has truly been a workhorse for me since I purchased it just under three months ago. The print quality and performance have been excellent, and I’ve been very pleased overall.I do subscribe to the HP ink program, which is convenient when it works as intended. However, I recently experienced an issue where the printer lost its connection to the service. Unfortunately, when that happens, you are unable to print anything at all until the connection is restored. Resolving the issue took about 90 frustrating minutes.Because of that experience, I’ve given the printer four stars rather than five. Aside from that hiccup, it has performed very well and meets my needs nicely..

when this printer was sold to me I was not informed that additional subscription software was required to scan and fax documents Your company products and the ink/paper subscriptions that I have been paying for years (only received one ink refill in all these years even though charged monthly) are now being called the All in One SCAM Company. Previously a company we believed we could trust! This is my 4th printer from you. Three of those broke in short order and I was convinced to purchase a NEW one. Not even worth fixing the old ones. Yet another example of corporate raiding of your customers. SHAME!!

This is the worst & most expensive printer I’ve ever had. The simplest tasks can take up to an hour because the machine is so squirrelly. The printer’s set up, but the app says I have no printers. It wants me to pay a monthly fee on top of the several hundred dollars I paid for the printer itself. DON’T BUY HP. They have really gone downhill & their customer support is useless because after hours with a tech, the function might now work for a while, but then it becomes non-functional & you have to go thru it all again. Trash product.
