3D Photos: turn any frame into a short animated 3D clip We use depth from the photo to push the foreground forward and animate the camera around the moment, then save the result to your Photo Library as a short looping video that plays in any messaging app. • Eight motions to choose from: Orbit, Float, Pan, Tilt, Wiggle, Bump, Bob, and Sway. Tap a chip to start, tap again to pause, drag with your finger to explore by hand. • 3D Strength slider: dial the depth from subtle to dramatic without changing the framing. • Crop controls:Auto picks a comfortable centered crop, or use Draw to grab corners and edges and pull a custom rectangle on top of the live preview. • Save 3D Video renders the same motion you previewed at full quality and drops it straight into Photos.

Hot Shots: our AI scans every event and flags the best action frames so you can jump straight to the catches, dives, slides, and pitches you actually want. Vote on Hot Shots to teach the AI which calls are great and which aren't. The community votes shape what shows up. Comments: tap the chat bubble on any frame to talk about it with everyone else at the event. Frames with conversations show as marks on the playback bar. Live game stats: when the camera catches the scoreboard, we read the score and float it on screen. It sticks around between scoreboard shots so you always know where things stand. Tap and hold any frame to save it straight to Photos. Quick way to grab the exact shot you spotted while scrubbing. Built-in photo editor: filters, brightness, contrast, saturation, crop with one-tap Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok ratios, plus pinch to zoom while you work. This update includes - A bunch of speed improvements. Things should load much faster now. - The ability to display images on the Apple TV during playback. - New gestures to make watching plays smoother. Try dragging up/down on the next/previous buttons to play faster/slower.

Bug fixes and improvements for when wifi is not so great.

Updated the Phideo export process. It now works in landscape mode and lets you choose loop count, video size (HD!) and playback speed. Give it a try!

Added a new Jersey Search function. Enter your jersey number and see the photos you're in. Note: Processing events is SLOW. If you don't see the Jersey icon, that event is not yet processed. Check back later. For the nerds: The jersey OCR system uses 4 OCR engines (EasyOCR, Tesseract, PaddleOCR, TrOCR) running in parallel to detect jersey numbers in photos. It processes images in batches across multiple CPU cores, with GPU acceleration for supported engines. Each engine independently detects numbers, then results are combined through weighted voting - when multiple engines agree on a number, confidence increases. Only high-confidence detections (≥70%) are saved.
