Indistractable: App Blocker You don't need more willpower. You need a phone that respects your focus. Indistractable is a commitment device for your attention. Pick the apps that actually matter, lock your phone into a focus session, and unlike Screen Time, you can't just tap "ignore" to get back in. To unlock early, you have to mean it. Try it free: download, pick the apps that pull you away, and run a real blocking session before you pay anything. No account needed. HOW IT WORKS - Build a mode. Save a set of the only apps you want available (just your maps, music, and messages, say), or pick exactly what to block. - Lock in. Start a session and everything else is blocked, phone-wide. - Choose how hard it is to quit: Normal, Strict, or Hardcore. THREE WAYS TO UNLOCK, ALL OF THEM ON PURPOSE - Scan a QR code you've stashed across the room, so quitting means physically getting up. - Ask your accountability partner, who approves the unlock from their own phone. - Spend an emergency unlock, a limited few, for when you truly need out. MORE FOCUS, WHERE IT COUNTS - Schedule focus sessions to start automatically: mornings, work hours, bedtime. - Block whole categories, not just single apps. - Unlock with a tap of an NFC tag. - Watch the time you win back add up. WHO IT'S FOR Deep workers, students, makers, and anyone tired of reaching for their phone and losing an hour. If Screen Time never stuck because it was too easy to bypass, Indistractable is built to actually hold. Focus you can trust. Your first blocking session is free, with no account and no payment. An in-app subscription unlocks everything else: unlimited sessions, multiple modes, Strict and Hardcore locks with QR, NFC and partner unlocks, scheduled sessions, and emergency unlocks. Available yearly with a 7-day free trial, or monthly. Terms of use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

The unlock features don’t work

I was out away from home and urgently needed to unlock my phone to get an email which I had forgotten to print - when I sent the message to my emergency contact to unlock it, he tried 10 times and my phone never unlocked. I needed to use an emergency bypass to actually get into my phone. I’ve emailed the developers to ask for help, but have yet to hear back. I overall like the app, but if the issues aren’t fixed it’s not worth the time or money.

Sorry we've only just been made aware of this review and unfortunately we've not received an email from anyone with the feedback you've described. Rest assured we will look into it! I've received emails from people with an Android app with the same name rather confusingly, so it would be good to know what email address you sent the mail to. Thank you for your understanding

Our biggest update yet. Feel it work before you pay, new ways to lock in, and a calmer look. TRY IT FREE - New here? Pick the apps that pull you away and run a real blocking session before subscribing. No account needed. NEW WAYS TO FOCUS - Strictness tiers. Set each mode to Normal, Strict, or Hardcore and decide exactly how hard it is to quit early. - Automatic schedules. Focus sessions can start and end on their own, every morning, workday, or bedtime. - Block by category. Shut out whole categories of apps at once, not just one at a time. - NFC tag unlock. Tap a tag to unlock, a fast alternative to scanning the QR code. A CALMER NEW LOOK - We've redesigned the entire app around a calm, muted sage look. Every screen feels lighter and easier to focus with. - The QR scanner now has a built-in flashlight for unlocking in the dark. ALSO NEW - Sign in with Apple, alongside magic links. - Leave a review or contact support directly from the Account tab. - Reliability improvements throughout, so blocking engages dependably and every unlock path does what it promises. Your modes, partners, stats, and subscription all carry over untouched. Thank you for trusting Indistractable with your focus.
