Tell us about your goals, schedule and where you like to train. Emiga builds a recommended daily routine that mixes the right types of movement for you, and allows you to adapt as you go.
WAYS TO MOVE
- STRENGTH: create your own gym workouts based on your goal, focus and available equipment, with video guidance from real coaches for every exercise.
- STRENGTH + PILATES: create your own strength training paired with a guided Pilates block in one session.
- BODYWEIGHT & BANDED: create effective sessions using just your body weight or a resistance band, at home or anywhere.
- FOLLOW ALONG WORKOUTS: guided follow-along workouts led by our head Emiga coach, Catherine Stewart.
- YOGA: tell us how you want to feel and we'll match you with the right session for the day.
- RUNNING & WALKING: guided outdoor sessions to build endurance and clear your mind.
- MEDITATION: guided meditations to help you reset and recharge.

APPLE HEALTH

MEMBERSHIP
Emiga is free to download. Explore the app, then start your personalised routine with a 7-day free trial. To continue after your trial, choose an Emiga membership: monthly, every 3 months or yearly.
EVENTS AND RETREATS
Book your space at special Emiga events and retreats directly from our app, taking place all over the world.
Memberships renew automatically at the same price and duration unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your membership at any time.
