just downloaded the app looking for another source to pulI money & it's legit. When I was able to cash out $0.50, I did. I wanted to see if you cash out as little as cents, & I wanted to also check a PayPal withdrawal. Successful! Hit my PayPal account less than 60 seconds of the request, i think most are confusing their user errors with high expectations that are unmatched. It's just a game. I’ve cashed out with this app multiple times so it definitely works, however sometimes you can contact customer support and receive points that you haven’t been awarded for and other times not. I’ve now sent 3 emails about missing points and this would be my largest cash out thus far and have been told no one is able to review my case. What? I’ve never received a message saying my issue just won’t be resolved, and I’m not even complaining about all the points I’m missing, just on one game because it was a large amount. That took time. I think it’s sad because people willing to play games for pay are sometimes seen as worth very little, meanwhile companies are making money off of our time and tolerance.Edit: I’m back editing my review because apparently they did decide to reward me my missing points however the trust is broken because I don’t want to risk dedicating hours/days into a game for larger point payout. My suggestion is not to play hardball with people. Keep the rewards at smaller increments if you must, but make it so for sure players can expect the reward. If you have not received your achievement reward by 24 hours, reach out to these people. If they essentially tell you to F off, you might not get paid at all, because USUALLY the achievement is unlocked within a few minutes of you hitting it. Good luck!

At first, I was excited to try this app. But when I started my first game, despite allowing tracking on the app and the game, the tracking was off immediately. For the second game, it tracked two achievements and then the tracking fell off. This indicates the app is poorly designed. (Also, I am playing at home and connected to my wireless router at all times without loss of internet service, so that is not the issue.) When I went to cash out the measles $1 I had made, the app wanted me to log into PayPal instead of just providing my PayPal email address! Um…no. Not about to give this app that kind of control over my PayPal account. You can have the email address I use for PayPal but I will NOT log into my PayPal account through your app. That is an absurd and audacious demand on your part. Avoid Cash Giraffe!

How do you expect people to play your game if they have issue with the payment and rewards saying one thing I really meant another and I really given 100% guarantee you should fix your problem. Make sure that people are certified with your service. You cannot show one thing in the ad and they come south somewhere different and showing that app is a scam so if you really want people to go to your thing, Cash giraffe Service, you gotta understand you have to give the people a good reason. OK give them a good reason to keep on and give them 100% guarantee of better winnings and better cash this is my opinion. I’m sorry.. try really hard to make people happy and then you’ll be happy. Make us a good reason to be satisfied with your service..
