The AFT App is legit. The programs in here are the same ones I used to score a 597 on my ACFT, and they work. 💪I really like that you can either follow pre-built training plans or build your own depending on your goals. It’s simple, structured, and effective.The running plans are a game-changer too. I used to just go out and run hard every time — no structure, no real progress. Now, with interval and zone-based training, I’ve learned how to pace, recover, and actually get faster week to week.If you’re serious about improving your AFT/ACFT score or just want a plan that takes the guesswork out of training — this is it.

It’s a good start. You have uploaded two types of workouts that I can customize for myself. For 13 dollars per month I would like the app to do it for me. I just need to enter my high, weight and gender, my last acft results and and my goal and app will create a fitness workout customized for my needs. I think this app is good if your goal is to organize workouts and have reminders about them. And it would be useful for you if you are aware of how the gym and machines there works. For people like me, who don’t have much experience in the gym would struggle with this app. I liked that with each exercise there were a gif picture showing a machine and person using it. It’s helpful, but unfortunately not enough. With using this app I additionally need to google how correctly use every machine. It would be really useful for the future of this app to have a plan for people without access to gym. With exercises that I can do at home. There are also a bug when I was singing up. At the screen with entering a name that going to be displayed it shows an error because I need to verify email first. After verification it shows an error again.

We will continue expanding our program library to offer more structured training options.We also have an exciting update coming soon—we’re adding a social feature that will allow users to create, share, and explore workout programs made by other members of the community. This will give you access to a variety of training approaches, including gym-based, home workouts, and bodyweight-focused plans.For those newer to the gym, we understand that learning how to use equipment can be challenging. We plan to enhance exercise instructions with more detailed explanations and demonstrations to ensure users feel confident performing each movement correctly.Regarding the email verification issue, this is actually a security measure, but we realize it may be unclear. We’re updating the UI to improve the user experience so the process is smoother and more intuitive.We’re always working to improve the app, and your feedback helps us prioritize the right features. Stay tuned for future updates, and if you have any other suggestions, we’d love to hear them!
