Before a distracting app opens, write what you came to do. It opens for just that long, then asks if you did it. No account, nothing leaves your iPhone. Meram asks one question before a distracting app opens: what are you here to do? Write it in a few words. "Reply to Selin." "Check the match score." Meram opens the app for just that long, then asks on your Lock Screen whether you did it. That small pause is the whole idea. You keep the apps you need, and you skip the scrolling you never chose. HOW IT WORKS • Seal up to three apps with Apple's Screen Time. • When you open one, write what you mean to do, in two real words or more. • The app opens for a few minutes, sized to what you wrote. • Afterwards, answer Done or Got lost, right from the Lock Screen. FRICTION THAT LISTENS When you keep your word, Meram stays out of the way. After you get lost, the next open asks you to slow down. No streaks, no scores, no guilt. ALSO IN SAFARI Seal websites too, such as reddit.com or youtube.com. Turn on the Meram extension in Safari, and a sealed site asks the same question before it opens. Each site gets its own daily limit. YOUR DAY, ON PURPOSE Today shows the minutes you spent on purpose and what you came for each time. Lower a daily limit and it applies now. Raise it and it starts tomorrow. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No server. No analytics. Everything stays on your iPhone. Screen Time keeps your app use private, even from Meram. Meram is free.
