Step 2: Choose Your Driver – No more random assignments. Customers now get to pick their preferred driver for every order. Step 3: Driver Confirmation – Drivers can accept or decline requests before committing, making the process more flexible for them too. Step 4: In-App Chat – Once a request is accepted, customers and drivers can easily communicate within the app, just like before.
