Minor bug fixes and improvements

Fixed guest names disappearing from your scorecards, so you can always tell whose round is whose. Thanks to everyone who reported it. Tap a guest on the scorecard to see their name. On rounds you've already saved, you can assign that guest to a NiceOn user, so the round shows up for friends who joined later. If they aren't on NiceOn yet, you can send them an invite right there. Plus small improvements and stability fixes.

Putts are here. Tap in your putts hole by hole and NiceOn tracks your putting average and how often three putts creep in. It's completely optional, so on the days you just want to play, leave it blank. Greens in regulation are counted properly now, so the number finally reflects how you actually played. You can also see how many AI scorecard scans you have left at a glance in Settings, and your music keeps playing when videos start in the feed. Plus small fixes and stability improvements.
