Like being in a casino without leaving your house and smelling like cigarettes when you get home Lol. Sometimes I believe that some of the games are rigged but still fun. With this latest update of ios 26 I been getting lots of game crashes especially on games like electric jungle crashes a lot. I have restarted the game and it always says game closed so I have to reboot iphone. I un-installed and reinstalled game and still get crashes even in the web browser and would have to clear cache to get in game again. I hope they fix this because I rather play this on my iphone through the app rather than web browser or computer. All in all it's a great selection of games and have won real money from time to time just wish they would give more coin packages with more than just 10% once a week and offer more through out the week it would definitely make me purchase more frequently than waiting for weekend to get just 10% off the normal coin packages that they offer. One other thing they changed was the point system they had had I was gold and they put me back in bronze so my daily coin claim went from almost 50k gc to now 20k and have to start all over again to get back to gold which I think was very unfair for them to do that after people like myself paid into this game and earned our way to the top to have to start over again is really stupid. They need t0 fix that, it's the only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 from me.

First want to start off saying I’ve played on this app for some time now. I’ve lost countless of times and won countless of times. It was a good app for me. Until recently. I was playing a game of blackjack and when it was my turn to hit/stand the options never was available for me. The dealer had an ace showing and asked if I wanted insurance and i declined( the dealer ended up not having blackjack) which would cause the hand to keep moving. Well for other players it did but for me. The options never loaded. I submitted an issue to support and they keep asking for a screen shot of error. There was no error message. So they aren’t assisting me in this issue. SECOND, I was hitting big the next day. And i finally started a redemption. Well I kept playing with the coins I had and not paying attention to my balance ( Yes I know I should keep an eye on my balance). Well when I lost all my coins I went to check my redemption. IT WAS CANCELLED (Not by me) I submitted another ticket to see what is going on. And they have yet to help me understand the issue and help resolve these issues. The only reason why it’s not a one start is because the support team is responding in a timely manner. Even though they aren’t really fixing the issue and insisting I done the cancellation. Also other than these issues I’ve always enjoyed the game. I just wish we could get this issue sorted

It amazes me that this company gets away with the BS that they're doing. They bug you and bug you and bug you some more. To make a deposit and spend money with them. And there's absolutely no requirements whatsoever in making a deposit as long as you have money in your Account.But let you win some money on their game their app, then them paying you is a whole different process you're gonna wait days possibly even Weeks if you ever do receive your money. I will give this app $1 million with a bad advertisement because of how Horrible they have done me I can imagine there's many more out there that they've done this too as well. I was even sent an email telling me that my account was verified and ready to go. I could cash out. But when I decided to try to do that, they blocked my account and said it was under review.And couldn't tell me why the actual person that I was speaking with told me they didn't have any idea as to why, but they were going to escalate my complaint so it would be handled quickly. if this is quickly, I would hate to see what a long time is for them. how long did it take him to take the money off of my card, seconds.
