yocto HTRTFit is an app that works with yoctoMat to automatically measure and record three functional-mobility tests:
• Timed Up and Go (TUG) test – measures the time it takes to stand up from a chair, walk a set distance, return, and sit down. The sensors in yoctoMat detect each movement and time the sequence automatically.
• Eyes-open Single-leg Stance test – measures how long the user can balance on one leg. yoctoMat recognises foot contact and records the duration automatically.
• Five-times Sit-to-Stand test – measures the time required to stand up and sit down five times. yoctoMat counts the repetitions and records the total time, allowing comparison with past results.
The app can be used in fitness, rehabilitation, and health-check settings to support evaluation of physical function and health management.
